Thanks to Juliet’s dad for being one of our Mystery Readers. The children seem to truly love having their mom/dad, grandparent come and read to the class.

We had an fantastic time making some early Valentine “cards”. The children worked on fine motor skills with holiday themed stickers.
Our little ones love our monthly circle time sharing activity. It is an opportunity to work on 1) sitting patiently in Circle Time, 2) active listening to our friends as they share, and 3) public speaking. It is truly one of our favorite group activities!

This was truly a wonderful learning project. They loved the letter recognition work as well as the sensory component of the marshmallows!

Blue (our January color) painting @ the easel. Easel painting is wonderful for “up & down” work as well as “moving across the midline” - all work important for writing.
We began working on our January shape (rectangle) and color (blue) by making blue rectangle placemats with white rectangles stamped on them. We continued with our winter theme by stamping snowmen on them as well.
